Week #4 chapter 3 SEO Basics

                 The basics steps fro content SEO are only 5 steps to begin with in this process. The first step is add more content. One has to add more content for views to not get bored of the same content on there website. One example is a Youtube channel. Yes it might not be a direct website but one has to create new videos frequently for people to watch. YouTubers have to create new content every week for them to grow and get more viewers. The second step is get more visitors/viewers. One way to get more viewers is to advertise. Advertising the website or channel through clothing or online ads is a way to grow viewers to the website or channel. The third step is to get more google notices. One has to grow with more audience and become well more established for Google to take notice. The fourth step is get a high rank on Google. One has to beat there competitors in views and an audience in being revenant in the search engine. Using keyword that are not common to competitors can get a higher rank on Google. The fifth step is website increases in value. If you followed all these steps so far then the fifth step show play itself and one doesn’t have to do much but to follow the first four steps.


               One can do a lot online with growing a website. Keywords that are not common can make a website more popular and make it a higher ranking on Google search engine. One has to find a way to make the website noticeable in a way that competitors are under them. Weebly has a section when one creates a website for SEO. This section one describes and adds code such as html to make the website more noticeable on search engines for people to find easier rather than typing the website url. The url has to be catchy to the point people find it easy to type and remember later on.

Week #10 Google Analytics

           Google Analytics is an awesoem tool to use to grow ones website. This tool tracks everything one can imagine. This tool will tell one where viewers are coming from and what they are clicking to get to ones website. This tool is the master cheat code for a business. This tool is free and easy to use. One just has to have knowledge on how to read and analyze graphs. I am going to link this blog to Google Analytics account and track and see what information I can collect. Next week I will post results in my next blog. Google Analytics is a tool major company’s use to figure out where customers are coming from on the internet.              Analytics in Marketing is important do to one is monitoring or the program itself is giving one the trends or changes. This can be used to create viewers to help reach a higher value of customers to bring in people for products or services. Products and Services are advertised everywhere on the internet. This is important since one is trying to bring the most audience to ones page. Analytics brings information to make one investigate where they are coming from in the world or how long they are spending on a webpage.
